Beach Grove Motel

Was a bit chilly in the room and I couldn't find any way to turn the heat on.

Perfect location for anyone catching the early ferry. You get a clean room and a comfortable bed at a very affordable rate. The hotel is in a quiet spot and the front desk staff was very welcoming.

Location is excellent. Two minute walk to an Oceanside path around point Robert’s, and about a 10 min drive to the ferry terminal. Room had a microwave, fridge and included a toaster which isn’t the norm in motel rooms that aren’t full kitchenettes, and we liked it as we enjoy toast in the morning.

Shower was a bit difficult to figure out how to turn on, once on tho water pressure and temp was great.

The bathroom has been completely renovated. It's very clean and comfortable.

Not enough towels or hangers in closest. Staff not friendly.

Excellent interactions with staff during check-in and check-out; very friendly. Relatively easy access to location, although using bus transportation takes a little bit of extra planning. Love having a kitchen at my disposal.

Was VERY dusty under beds/behind furniture. Was in an upper storey room which didn't allow for my son to make any extra noise during our stay, as 10 year olds tend to do (we prefer ground floor/less neighbours for this reason).
