"Lovely hotel close to the centre of Stone Town"

A lovely traditional hotel just 2 minutes from the centre of Stone Town. The staff were welcoming and friendly. It's a great location for exploring Stone Town, easy to walk into the centre but far enough away that's its a quiet location.

"Serena was good and in a good location."

The breakfast was great and is served overlooking the turquoise ocean. Very great view and choice for breakfast. The rooms have all the facilities one needs and staff are responsive. The location is perfect as it is quiet and hotel is surrounded by many eateries with wide variety.

Serena is a big brand and competing with others on added value . They need to walk the talk. I asked if they can organize airport pickup and was informed they could do it for free on email. However I got to the airport and was told they are calling their vehicle. On getting to the hotel I was told I needed to pay. I have no problem paying but I have a problem with inconsistent information that does not reflect the international brand Serena.

مكان الإقامه في وسط المدينة و كل شيء قريب منك

كان في مشكله في الشور حنفية الماي الحار ما تفتح اتصلت فيهم لإصلاح المشكلة تأخرو تقريباً نص ساعة و في اليوم الثاني نفس المشكلة و في اليوم الثالث تم تغيير الحنفية بالكامل

Incredible position overlooking the ocean and stunning sunsets. Close to all activities and restaurants around and nearby Stonetown. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful at all times. Restaurants and food were great and lovely position. Day spa was amazing also. Totally recommend.
