Staff was very pleasant

Dirty trays of food remained uncollected outside doors for more than 24 hrs. Air conditioner was not working despite being promised that repairs would be carried out during the day.

Great location in the center of Harare, friendly and helpful staff. Close to the shopping malls and plenty of restaurants around. Spacious room with good WiFi, coffee maker, bottle water, television and daily cleaning. Bathroom is quite small but it has good hot shower and toiletries

No shower curtain, if taking a shower water all over the bathroom floor. No fridge in the room. No remote control for airconditioning. Broken toilet lid, wardrobe door can’t closed. Expensive breakfast 28 dollars for a buffet and 7 for continental

They moved us to a better room when we complained about the insufficient facilities in our booked room

Our first room did not have toilet paper and some facilities that should have been in the room. The check-in desk staff could do with being more friendly.

The staff is so friendly and always willing to help. They have excellent people skills and resolve any concerns efficiently and effectively. Will definitely come back again.

When I checked in at 5pm my room was in the process of being cleaned, as they didn’t see my reservation and the aircon remote wasn’t working, the last I was there the aircon remote wasn’t working I had to call reception for assistance ; the staff by the reception are not hotel material, it’s like they were forced to be at work, they were not hospitable at all

Cold shower and Elevator malfunction because of no backup after electrical failure. Restaurant staff waiting period unacceptable. We waited for more than 2 hours sitting in the restaurant for food with international visitors before we were served. TV channels can be better too.
