Clean room, clean bedding , comfortable bed, spacious room. Close to amenities. Friendly front desk staff and security personnel

No shower curtain floor wet after shower, No bathroom mat, Clogged drain making us stand in water while showering Unattended room after requesting cleaner after 2pm. Single drying towel in a double occupancy room. Very very old towels.

Proximity to CBD. Good breakfast. Friendly staff from security to reception. Perfect condition elevator Flawless internet

Very old TV set with very little channel choices. Bed was worn out. Housekeeping was banging doors loudly when moving about.

Location

No hot water first night, Aircon leaked water all over floor, when makeup done next day no new towels

The location is good near the centre. This is the only thing which is good.

Room was very small and of poor quality. Door lock Handle was not working. Remote of AC was not there even I asked several times to reception but nobody came to resolve the issue.
