The room was clean and well laid out but the wall heater/AC was incredibly loud every time it kicked on. I tried setting the fan speed to low but it didn't quiet it down.

Staff were very welcoming and warm in all interactions throughout our stay. I had requested a room near an exit as I travel with my service dog and they accommodated that request nicely.

Very noisy, mostly from above. We also put some food and carbonated water in the refrigerator, which had no temperature setting dial, and when opened the next day, food was frozen and carbonated water had exploded.

We liked the fact that there was a refrigerator and microwave in the room. Breakfast was good.
