"Deberían informar que piden un depósito al hacer el checking"

La ubicación es adecuada

No me gustó que me obliguen a hacer un depósito de 50€ por persona adicional al pago que ya había realizado por el hospedaje. De hecho aún no me han reembolsado el depósito. Esperaré hasta el viernes de lo contrario iniciaré un proceso de reclamación. Además hay tantas personas que resulta caótico y tedioso cuando tienes que esperar en la recepción a que te atiendan. Los cristales de las ventanas bastante sucios, hay buenas vistas pero imposible tomar una foto .

La ubicación

Un hotel de 4 estrellas que cuesta bastante dinero y no tiene servicio de habitaciones en fin de semana no es normal. El chico que nos hizo check in fue muy amable, el resto ni siquiera Buenos días por educación te decían. Las almohadas eran cojines, muy incómodas.
