Not much

It was a pretty surly guy at the front desk. I was 30 minutes early and he said "check in time is at 3:00". Duh I can read - that was the reason I was requesting a 30 minute early checkin. It wasnt like there was a huge crowd of people waiting or the smelly rooms werent ready - just a guy showing off his power

The morning/day time representative at the desk was phenomenal - he remedied a situation that we had with very inconsiderate upstairs neighbors the first night of our two night stay.

The soundproofing wasn't always up to par.

"Comfortable Clean and Close to Downtown Mountain View"

The stay met our expectations. The room was clean and well appointed. The breakfast was packaged but good. We made use of the Tesla charger, which was a big plus.
