Perfect place to get to and from the airport on the fly bus and opposite the main train and bus station. Lovely staff, great breakfast. Slept well in a comfortable bed, shower great, TV great and little bar downstairs perfect for a late night quiet drink. I will return.

Near the train station

We stayed for 1 night before transferring to the Pyrenees, and on the return journey stayed for 3 night's to explore Toulouse before flying home. We chose the hotel due to its proximity to the train station. It was an excellent choice. The staff were welcoming and helpful throughout both stays. We could not have done without them on the first day due to a problem with the airport but the assistance given was amazing. The restaurant was excellent, we ate here 3 times during our stay and there was a very good breakfast buffet. Our rooms were clean and comfortable and we were very pleased to find air-conditioning due to the soaring temperatures. The walk to the centre of town and the various museums we visited was pleasant and well signposted.

This is a clean, quiet place to sleep, but don't expect more than the bare minimum of towels, pillows, and other amenities. It could not be more convenient to the train station. I can't speak to the breakfast on offer because, for less than the 25€ up-charge, there are many other options in the neighborhood.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was a great location. The room was clean and comfortable but a bit worn.

The young men at the desk were very helpful. The hotel is somewhat like staying at a hostel. No refridgerator, thin towels, borderline cleanliness. A/C was good and shower was good. Beds were small and had pads that continued to slide about. Very convenient to train station.

Pros: Hotel is very convenient across the street from the main train station. Staff is very friendly and really helpful, and they all seem to be speak English just fine. About a 10-15 min walk to city center. Cons: My gosh, the room carpet is so filthy, do ever clean the carpet??? Kinda of was grossed out by this….In general, basic room, nothing special. Area near the hotel is kinda of sketchy, the receptionist even advised me to walk a few blocks further down the hotel in to a main traffic st to go to city center, bc the street where the hotel is located there are a lot of crackheads and drunks at night, as 2 female travelers I appreciated the advice.

The room has no hand towels, Kleenex. The toilet paper are terrible. It tears easily. Has only one pillow in each bed. The room wall and the carpet is absolutely horrendous looking. It looks dirty. Some of the staff were very nice. Staff named Tom was absolutely very helpful.
