The whole place was clean at all times

Our room was dirty and smells horrible, the bathroom smells disgusting, everything looks old and dirty

I chose this hotel based on my previous stay during COVID. The cleanliness was impeccable. However, this time not so much. The hallway had a wet, damp smell that carried into the room. I turned the AC down to alleviate the smell. The carpet needs to be cleaned and there as dust on the credenza. Other than that, the staff was nice and helpful.

We recently stayed at a Country Inn and suites and wanted to try them again. The desk staff was very efficient and friendly, and the breakfast was good. The lady working at the breakfast room was constcleaning and pleasant.

Disappointed in this location. Definitely needs an update. Windows are dirty, furniture outdated, and the room had a nasty musty smell. I know we should have requested another room, but by the time we arrived we were tired and didn’t feel like moving. In the middle of the night I wish we had. The location is sketchy, sitting behind another motel, that was dirty and appeared to be in disrepair.

Staying a week in a hotel can bitter opinions in most people. Missing the comfort of home. Not at this hotel. The staff wouldn’t let it. Ms. Moon was WONDERFUL to us. We need more people like her spread out through the world. All of the staff deserves recognition for their kindness, their respect, attention to our safety, and their enthusiastic desire to help. The breakfast could use some “pepping” up. Other than that, when in Jacksonville again, I will definitely stay here.

The room didnt have a great smell. Smelled like urine. The bed was VERY hard and uncomfortable

AC loud. Something wrong. Bed bad. Old. Lumpy. Furniture not well thought out. Personally, I would not return.
