Staff

Location, lots of druggies and alcoholic hanging around the area, the place smells like wet clothes, then I was double charged, one from booking and one directly from the hotel itself.

The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was great.

I didn't like the fact that my credit card was charged a $75.00 hold two times. What can be done to get the second $75 released and returned to me?

They was listening through the TV invading your privacy, everytime you talk it you light up then go off that was sad. Then they double charge for the room with a $75 holding fee still waiting to get that back. The water was going out slow in the bathroom sink I will not be staying there anymore.

My first room smelt very strong of urine. Switched to a second room that was okay but not as clean as I like. Check in at night was on a virtual system.
