Mercure Annecy Centre

The location is the best, especially if arriving by train. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes within walking distance. The walk to the old town and the lakeside was a easy walk. The reception staffs were friendly and helpful.

The property looked and felt a bit dated for a 4 stars category hotel.

Personnel, super sympa, emplacement de l’hôtel numéro un près du centre historique. On peut se garer facilement de surcroît. Ils ont une convention avec le parking pour que celui-ci soit gratuit la nuit. Franchement très bon séjour, je remercie Booking et je remercie l’hôtel.

Rien

Le lit était très petit et nos jambes dépassaient. Le petit-déjeuner n’était pas très varié ni très copieux. De plus, la salle à manger était trop petite par rapport au nombre de clients.
