Séjour d'une nuit. Hôtel très chaleureux. J'ai apprécié malgré l'arrivée tardive de trouver des plats type bocaux c'etait parfait. Chambre mansardé comme à la maison, lit confortable.

Chambre un peu petite pour pouvoir travailler.

Ottima posizione, buona la colazione anche se la sala è un po' piccola, il parcheggio convenzionato è molto vicino

Al nostro arrivo non abbiamo trovato asciugamani nelle camere, lo abbiamo fatto presente ma, probabilmente per incomprensioni con la lingua, ce ne hanno portati comunque in numero non sufficiente

property is really well located for walking around Annecy

Cleanliness is an issue within the hotel, we stayed for 4 days and the cleaner only came once on our last day, we asked for an extra pillow from the cleaners and i was told i could only have 1 between us, we were left with the same dirty towels for 3 days no clean cups for use with the kettle, this could be a great hotel but the cleaning needs vastly improving

le personnel est très agréable l'accueil de l'hôtel est très beaux et très propre. l'eau à disposition. chambre propre.

la taille des chambres est beaucoup plus petit que ce qu'on voit sur les photos, lorsqu'on arrive il fait froid dans la chambre et nous entendions tout ce que faisait les voisins de la chambre d'à coté ce qui est très désagréable.

Достаточно хороший отель недалеко от вокзала. Рядом много ресторанов и мест для прогулки. В холле установлены автоматы для воды, что было очень приятно. Завтраки достойные и вкусные. На выходе по утрам можно налить себе кофе с собой и взять фрукт.

Просто немного уставший отель, но это не портит общей картины. Ездили с женой на годовщину свадьбы, пробовал заказать бутылку вина в номер. Мне сказали написать за полчаса до приезда, что и было сделано. Но ничего не подготовили. Ничего, зато сходили в прекрасные ресторан через дорогу.

Emplacement idéal pour un WE en ville, personnel au top !

Pas de ventilation dans la salle de bain, donc humidité difficile à faire partir, sèche-cheveux en panne et climatisation/chauffage pas des plus efficace... Dommage car pour le reste, l'hôtel est très bien...

Le début démarrait très mal car nous avons eu une chambre avec petites fenêtres hautes donc quasi pas de lumière et nous avions réservé pour 2 nuits :(( Finalement la responsable nous a déplacé dans une chambre de meilleur standing
