The hotel was just ok. Not great. I asked a staff member for a cup of tea in the night but was told no. The next day i asked about this i was told that the tea and coffee was in a cubard. This i was not told when i booked in. There should be a sign explaining where the tea and coffee is in the room. I was not happy about this. The man who i had spoken to ask if i could have a cup of tea could of said that there was tea and coffee in the room and where it was but he just said that i could not have a cup of tea. Due to this my mum and i decided to stay at another hotel for another night. So i was not happy with this hotel.

It was not clear where the tea and coffee was in the room. This sould of been explained to me when i booked in or there should be a sign in the room to tell guest where the tea and coffee is in the room.
