La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Missoula

Great set up and very clean

I booked this room for my Husband and Grandson. They said the room was very nice and comfortable. the breakfast was good and lots to offer.

I specifically booked this hotel because it had a pool and spa. They said the pool was great but they were very disappointed that the spa was not operational.

The front desk staff was friendly. As was the person working the breakfast area.Bed was comfortable.

Room was too small for a family of 4. Remote control was sticky. Pool area floor was disgusting. Hotel room door doesn't seal fully, leaving a gap to let in light and sound from the hall as well as other rooms as none of the doors were on correctly.

Jackie, the breakfast lady was awesome. All the staff very friendly. They did an excellent job of bringing fresh towels and taking trash out daily.

We had 2 queen beds and the space was pretty tight, not very spacious but clean.

This was one of the best La Quintas we have stayed at. The hotel was newly renovated. It's very clean and tastefully decorated. The staff was all very nice. The pool was warm and clean. The only issue is the gym is TINY with almost no equipment. The best part was breakfast and Jackie, who is the restaurant manager. She had so many personal touches to accommodate guest, who are gluten-free, vegan, and lactose intolerant. She sourced out so many yummy gluten free options like Chex, Udi blueberry muffins, and rice krispy marshmallow treats. She also put out salsa to make the eggs taste good. She takes a lot of pride and making her guest feel comfortable and we were very happy to meet her and grateful. I highly recommend this hotel. There is a lake that runs by it so you get the beautiful sounds it might while you sleep. Overall, great location, newly renovated, very friendly and helpful staff and especially the breakfasts are great with Jackie.

Easy to find right off the interstate.

Having to go out and around to get to the hot tub. Also didn’t like the low bed.
