considering the confusion and inconvenience, the stay was OK. Bed, room, excellant blackout curtains

I should have been told, when I verified reservation by phone, that the property was under construction, that there were no ex. facilities and that I would be on the 3rd floor. The young man at the desk was completely unsympathetic and unapologetic about the inconveniences. I mistakenly gave him a wan smile on the chart rather than a somewhat grumpy symble.

Purposeful misleading of the hotels amenities they said that their spa broke and their elevator just broke when in reality they could’ve told you that the elevator doesn’t work and the spa doesn’t work because they’re remodeling so you had to carry your bags up 2 to 3 flights no help And I’m sorry they said they had no way to reach us well they could put it on the webpage when they rent the room or they actually could have used the number Text them when they asked about my service dog…

Room was big, bed was comfy.

There was hair in the tub which was kind of gross. Lots of construction which wasn't listed upon renting the room. Hot tub was out of order.
