The Black Swan Lee - Lenox, an Ascend Collection Hotel

Breakfast wasn’t very good. I had part of cup of coffee and an old banana. Room was clean and they accommodated my request for a first floor room. WiFi didn’t work most of the time. No view, parking lot. Only problem I had was beginning at checking my keycard didn’t work but was easily fixed by front office staff.

Room was on first floor, was clean, had a frig in it so I put my bottled water in it. Lots of pillows so I was comfortable.the hotel was a in a good location for where I was visiting.

very clean, room was right on the lake, amazing restaurant on premises, boat and kayaks available for rent. Nice hot shower.

Loved the view from the dining areas! The size of the room was perfect Noise level was just fine. Everyone was so accommodating and friendly

Wish breakfast went later than 10 am but we understand. The handle from the shower nozzle fell off . It was a little inconvenient. I did tell the front desk on our way out!

Our room was exceptionally clean, bathroom updated and spotless, no bad chemical smells, bedding comfortable, extra pillows on bed, quiet air conditioner. We were pleasantly surprised by the Indian restaurant on site which had a lovely ambience after dark, friendly service and acceptable food.

There was a bit of road noise in the early morning as our room was facing the street, but I would still request the same room next time as it was quiet inside the hotel. The common areas, hallways and such, are somewhat dated and worn, but the room was updated and clean.

The breakfast was adequate. Fresh fruit mixture would have been nice. The friendliness of the staff made checking in very easy. One of the men carried our suitcases to the second floor for us. Very much appreciated by us old folks in our eighties.

The bathtub should have a grab bar and a mat to help prevent slipage. A second chair in the room would have been nice.

Snow cooperated to make the view on the lake extraordinary. The women on call for the breakfast room were doing a fine job of keeping all the choices well supplied and all the tables clean.
