Unfriendly check in. Room smelled. Tv didn’t work. Paint was peeling off shower/tub. Just not the best place. Breakfast was disgusting. Biscuits were hard and gravy was cold.

Looked very clean inside and outside.

Too much Noise after mid-night. We got wake up several times during the night. Employees didn’t talk nor understand English.

I didn’t like the fact I was charged a extra $30 for one person when I reserved at double rooms.That information wasn’t stated on the reservation that it depends on the number of people I stated on put on the reservation I was very unaware of that issue and was very dissatisfied and disappointed

The elevator sounds like its about to fall apart, the breakfast sucked they had no water no juice they had cereal but no milk ,the biscuits was iver done . Towels was way to small . The filters in the heat and AC was caked. The tube wouldn't drain it was clogged with hair... So we dnt recommend staying there

Worst stay in my whole life. I will never stay here again from checking in to getting breakfast, it was NOT a good experience and it was during Winter storm Blair 2025.

The hotel was extremely dirty. There was very poor lighting. The water was substandard as far as temperature and pressure. The walls are paper thin I could hear the gentleman next-door snoring. There was trash all in the hallways like bagged up trash ice machine wasn't working and looked like it had Food or some kind of substance spilled all down the side and hadn't been cleaned in probably several months. The sheets had tears in them and holes. God only knows what was on those sheets. The towels were threadbare and dingy and yellow. There were stains in the tub and the sinks. I just can't believe that Econolodge would put their name on this hotel with how disgusting it was.

Visited property two days following a snow & ice storm. Parking lot still slippery and dangerous. Two stars, and that’s being generous. Check-in: meh! Got the job done, but not impressed. Process slow. Clerk unpersonable. Did NOT like the unexpected $50 hold on my credit card for "possible incidentals." Don't experience that at other hotels. Three stars. Almost no electric outlets near the bed. Saw none near the desk or near the TV. In today's gadget world, multiple outlets or charging ports near the bed are a must. The only two available were in the clock, and not immediately apparent. A definite two-star situation. On the positive side, it is a fairy new facility and has a nice initial appearance. Clean outside (with exception of snow & ice in the parking lot). Reception lounge area small, stark, sparsely furnished, but clean. Elevator, halls, and room clean. Four stars. Good access to I-69, across the street from a convenience store well stocked with coffee and snacks, sits across the street from two restaurants, and walking distance to Lowes. Many other dining and shopping options only a short drive away. Five stars for location and short driving distance to available outside dining and shopping amenities. If the facility offered breakfast, I didn't stay for that so can't comment on it. Overall three stars. Nothing was BAD. Overall experience was "okay," not great. Not overly disappointed; just not impressed. Was expecting more from a newish facility.
