Location

Water main broke in the road, so there was no water through the night or the am. Not the facilityโ€™s fault, but when I asked about any discounts or offers for the inconvenience (loud work outside keeping me awake and no water to shower, freshen up, or even use the bathroom) the staff was defensive and bothered by the question.

The hotel area had a water main break and we didn't have any breakfast or service. We were offered 2 bottles of water :( Not hotel's fault but no real assistance offered.

We went out and bought several gallons of water so we could flush toilet and clean up a little :(
