Staff were friendly

There was a fire alarm on one of the nights I was there. This sometimes happens, so no issue with that. I will offer some feedback to the chief warden - he should speak more slowly. It was fine for me, but there would be a lot people that have english as a second language and may need a slower message.

Carpark access was told once checked in could come and go anytime tried to get back in on one occasion not able to get back in on first occasion due to carpark full again
