"Non existent, very disappointed and out a good chunk of money."

The chip on our credit card wasn’t working for the 100 deposit and there was not a single thing the staff could offer as an alternative. We would of given a 1000 cash or on our visa debit as a deposit but instead we lost the 200 we paid on the room plus the gas spent And had to drive the 2.5 hours back home, just to have to drive back to Calgary tomorrow to pick up our son from the airport. Really disappointed.

"Met our needs"

Check in was disorganised as our reservation for the 2nd room couldn't be found . Resolved eventually.

Breakfast was satisfactory but limited. Due to complications. I was overcharged and for a no show which I would not have noticed had I not checked my bank debits. This was resolved though woth apologies
