Great location to be near the side of Marion I needed. A Walmart across the road and several restaurants and gas stations surround it. Friendly staff. Ice machine in lobby. Iron and board, laundry bags, pen and pad, coffee maker in room. Comfy bed. Bathroom was renovated and clean. Pretty quiet, just a couple emergency sirens now and again.

Surge pricing made this actually a pricey option due to football games at UI. Also not possible to extend my already early checkout time of 11 a.m. for that reason, or so I was told. Got my rental car dinged (front bumper guard pushed in) in otherwise spacious and free parking lot. Bathrooms could use some sort of hooks or towel racks, either of which there were none. PLEASE upgrade your coffee!

"Good location, but not well insulated for noises in rooms next door or above floor."

Check in gal was very nice and helpful. Didn't do breakfast buffet so no idea of how this was.

Walls are very thin and we could hear people next door talking very easily. Also, could hear the people above us walking on the floor. Appears that hotel built with not a lot of insulation.
