I believe the man I dealt with was the head of reception — tall, overweight, bald, and unfortunately very rude. When I arrived, I asked if I could book a room. His response was simply, “No.” I explained that I was traveling with my family — including my two-month-old daughter, my wife, and my mother-in-law — and that we were looking for a hotel. He told me that he would not let us stay. I then asked if I could book through Booking.com, and he told me, “Go fast, because I want to go home.” At the same time, a new staff member (on his first day) was unsure of how to handle the situation, but he and the female staff member were both very polite and helpful. What I found unacceptable was the attitude of the man I believe to be the head of reception. Telling a paying customer with a young family to hurry because he wanted to leave is simply not a professional or respectful way to treat guests. I strongly believe that someone in this position should know how to treat people better, and I hope this matter can be addressed.

Noi am fost in tranzit. O cazare excelenta pentru o noapte. Baiatul de la receptie foarte atent si serviabil.

Zo basic dat ik me afvraag wat er slechter kan zijn in de goedkopere budget Ibis tegenover de deur. Ontbijt was beperk, kamer was slechts oppervlakkig proper, de hoekjes in de douche zijn alles behalve proper. Akoestische isolatie is onbestaande.
