Tbilisi Downtown Guest House

We were deeply impressed by the soft heart of Giorgi.  We arrived on a day when he had an emergency,  Despite his deep sorrow, he still tried his best to take care of us,  And demonstrated a high level  of Professionalism.   And he clearly got this from his mother we guess, BECAUSE Everything is perfectly clean  And ordered,  We could feel the concern  For the guests from the caretaker  On many many, many details.  Thank you Giorgi  And your mother  For being so warm and inspiring humans.  The yard is  So cute and cozy,  full of flowers.  The neighbor is also sweet.  All in all the place is heart-warming though the conditions are limited,  Which after all deserve very well this price!

It’s very simple and homie. It’s just like you’re at home away from home. Very clean and people that lives there are very helpful and kind, 100% I recommend.

Perfect location, 10 minutes walk to the center. Very quiet. Kitchen and wifi. Air conditioning. Very clean.

Comfortable beds, very clean and quiet. George is lovely and even accompanied me to a bar one night.

Very good value for money, and George was a nice and helpful host with good recommendations around town.

The host George is very polite, friendly and kind. Everything was shiny clean. He provided us with everything we needed. He took us to airport. I highly recommend this place.
