Tbilisi Downtown Guest House

The beds were amazing, very comfortable. Both the room and the bathroom looked new and were clean. The room had no window, but the air conditioning worked good. The staff were also very helpful.

When we arrived, we spent some time looking for the door we need. Maybe the owners should automatically send out some instructions (Booking.com has this feature as far as I know). The door is within the patio: go straight ahead and a bit to the left.

The staff was very friendly, they waited us with grapes in the table and we got help when we couldn't speak to the taxi driver. The location is goof, but you need to go up to the hill, it may be problem for somebody, but the Bolt taxi can be a good and cheap solution. We got a clean, small, simple room with slippers and small hygienic items. Good value for money

No window in the room

1. The location is great, it's only a 5-min walk downhill until the Rustaveli Avenue. 2. Super friendly hosts, they are always ready to help and give some advice on what to do in the city. Was very nice of them to offer a taxi to the airport. 3. The house includes a comfortable lounge area and dining tables downstairs, which offers a nice change to the rooms.

1. It can get a little too loud to sleep when other visitors are using the kitchen or talking - the room wasn't completely soundproof / the kitchen is very close. 2. The house is located a bit higher uphill, so it requires a little of effort to get there when walking. 3. No windows, need to keep the door open to let some fresh air in.
