The room is spacious and comfortable. I really love the location. It is very convenient to go to other places. There are lots of restaurant and shopping center near the hotel. It is also located near the subway station, which is great for us.

There is cleaning service everyday, which is a bonus point. However, they always clean quite early in the morning, which interrupted our rest/sleep. Besides, when they finished cleaning our room, they carelessly closed the door - it was not fully closed (what if there are lost in our stuff?). When I complain this with the reception staff, the lady there did not sincerely apologize us, I felt like she did not take this issue seriously.

The staff were so fabulous and welcoming to me for my first time in Montreal. I had requested a kettle and said it wasn't urgent, but the team had it delivered within 15 minutes. Amazing! The location was great, the room was spacious, the Geso Restaurant was amazing, and their staff was phenomenal. I had an amazing stay and would recommend this to anyone traveling to Montreal. I hope to be back in the future!

There was a fire alarm one night at 2am which caused electricity shortage. When I went to reception next day to ask what happened and what should we do if the electricity doesn’t come back, I got such rude answers. Basically the receptionist didn’t care at all and didn’t even give answers what happened. Not even a sorry, which would be a minimum. She really made me feel like a stupid person for asking and I can tell she just wanted me to leave. No compensation was either offered for this whole situation. Regarding the rooms, very worn out and dirty!

Très bon emplacement, à deux pas de la rue St Catherine, avec de nombreux lieux touristiques accessibles à pieds. Station de métro à 3min de l’hôtel.

Le bruit infernal de l’ascenseur chambre 960 n’est pas acceptable. Il nous a été proposé après 1 nuit de changer de chambre mais nous avons refusé car nous étions installées et le changement ne pouvait se faire qu’en fin de journée. J’ai juste du mal à concevoir qu’une chambre aussi bruyante (nous parlons même de vibrations ressenties…) puisse être proposée dans un hôtel 4 étoiles qui n’est pas non plus donné, le tout au même prix qu’une chambre sans nuisances. Par ailleurs, la literie n’est pas à la hauteur du standing de l’hôtel. Nous avons fait 3 hôtels au Québec, celui-ci était le plus étoilé et le plus cher, mais pour autant le moins confortable. L’emplacement cependant est très bon et globalement ce n’est pas un mauvais hôtel, mais qqch doit être fait pour les chambres qui collent l’ascenseur.
