Buena ubicación, buen desayuno y personal del desayuno muy atento.

Avise que iba con auto y no me ofrecieron el parking cercano disponible. Conexión de WIFI muy mala. Aire acondicionado no se puede apagar ni prender desde la habitación, había que estar llamando a la recepción para que lo hicieran.

Location on Corso Porta Nuova between main station and Piazza Bra. Very good breakfast. Very comfortable room, good size. Lovely large windows with outlook to rear/interior views. Staff were excellent in trying to resolve issues with room (fridge/bathroom)

Issues with fridge and drainage in bathroom in both rooms (after we were moved), but staff did their utmost to address. Amenities didn't work as good as they looked

Quarto muito confortável, cama enorme e localização numa avenida principal da cidade. Pequeno-almoço variado.

Apesar do chuveiro ser renovado, este não funcionava. Esperei quase 1 hora para que viesse alguém da receção, não tendo havido qualquer tentativa do hotel em compensar este transtorno

Location was FANTASTIC- We had large backpacks, so short walk from Railway station to Hotel, cjecjnin, drop bags and walk in to historic centre of Ver9na was wonderful. AND the restaurant, late evening, did our favourite,Melanzanze- really good, and barman was most helpful- with wonderful wine top! Room was big, interestingly decorated, and ,with breakfast, was a great bargain. Wonderful stay- and bag storage before we caught our train on. THANK YOU, HOTEL Firenze

Very cosy and clean. The beds were amazing! The staff were fantastic always happy to help especially Lorenzo who gave us some great meal recommendations too The breakfast was brilliant with a great variety including allergy alternatives like oat milk etc

The room was quite dated but I must say it was very comfy and clean
