"Dirty and unusable bathroom"

The main room looked ok at first but the sheets were not very clean. When we went into the bathroom it had been completely untouched and uncleaned other than taking the dirty towels from the room. There was hair all over including the tub and the toilet. We had no soap to wash our hands and when we talked to the front desk they said they we could email the manager to get some sort of possible discount but we have never heard back even with pictures attached with how disgusting it was. I will not be staying here again as they do not seem to care.

Réceptionniste très sympa et à l'écoute de nos différents problèmes

Aucune communication avec l'établissement malgré plusieurs messages envoyés. Pas digne d'un hôtel Qualiy Inn & Suites : communs sales, chambre peu engageante pour dormir. L'arrière de l'hôtel est une quasi décharge... petit déjeuner ok mais sans plus

"Very comfortable, covenant and I would stay again."

Friendly, good location, safe entry, staff is willing to please. Linens were clean and comfortable. I suggest duvet cover on the down blankets. Breakfast had good selection. The waffle was good.

The bed after a couple days was not as comfortable. I suggest foam topper.There was a sharp part of the bed frame sticking out, didn't see it til you hit it! Dangerous! The lamp base was dirty. The shower had mold around the handle face plate. No instant hot cereal like oatmeal. Butter should be room temperature, to hard to spread when kept in the fridge. No hot cocoa!

"Don't stay here"

No stairs. The guy at the desk laughed when I asked if they had an elevator. I'm fact he was a jerk about everything.

The room has minimal accommodations. I had to haul all my things up the stairs alone. I'll never stay here again.
