"Always a pleasant stay."

They allow pets and are polite. I asked for a specific room, or close to it, since we travel with my service dog and they are always accommodating. Also, they have a pet area close to the back door. We always stay here when traveling through the area.

There was a smell. Nice room, clean. The front desk, guys, are super nice. I had to ask for my room to be cleaned, and they didn't give me any new sheets or towel. I had to ask for clean towelsevery dayy.

The stairs suck. The smell is rough, and they have the same breakfast every day..

The breakfast was good and the beds were comfy.

I tried to book through Booking.com and there was a lot of confusion upon check in. Long story short, I did not know we would be charged $50 per pet and that we would get upcharged for adjoining rooms. It became a nightmare to stay there and I was not a fan of the garbage around the building exterior, the doors that led into the hotel were not locked or functioning, and the door to our adjoining room did not close properly. Management did not seem to care when we brought up the issue.

Room was comfortable and clean. Staff we interacted with was helpful and courteous. Overall the stay was fine. The ice machine was not working and the vending machines were empty and apparently not working either. When I came back from picking up dinner after dark the exterior lights and the main sign were not on, making it hard to see where to turn in.
