There was really no communication between concierge and thr rest of the team. We booked and confirmed a restaurant for dinner and there was no table for us. They then gave us a “side table” (you couldn’t call it any different as there was no space to put plates and glasses on it) and shoved us by the piano where we couldn’t hear each other. We booked this restaurant a month in advance too! Shocking! They booked my transfer and on the day they told me they don’t have anything in their system and only when I showed them my emails they found the details. There are so many beautifully dressed staff with big smiles on their face but the service is not up the scratch apart from ladies at the reception..

The views of the lake are astonishing so breathtaking and with the most praiseworthy accommodating, polite and utterly professional staff they are exemplary…the entire stay was simply immaculate!
