Staff were lovely, informative and efficient.

Older hotel but very clean rooms.

It's getting old

We were travelling to the coast for a training course and broke up the trip. Staff were great. Beds were comfortable. Not the fanciest but great for a one night stop over.

Building was starting to show signs of aging, looking to be in need of a make over. It was fine, nothing special, room was clean enough, door didn’t close up tight.

No breakfast , no house keeping , had to walk around the alley to the front of hotel to front desk which isn’t 24 hr, to get your own toilet paper , towels , etc. one of the worst places I have stayed.

This is an old building in terrible shape. Exterior is very run down. Rooms have extremely old furniture and are dated, badly in need of an upgrade. Bed was not comfortable. I didn’t want to walk on the carpet in my bare feet. It’s a dump.

Worst Sandman experience ever. Someone needs to burn this place down and start over - seriously that bad.

Black mold in the bathtub is a deal breaker. Yeech!

We thought Sandman had standards. When we looked online the pictures are nothing like the disgusting hotel we ended up with. Peeling wallpaper in places was fixed with staples to the wall. Duct tape used to cover a wall outlet, electrical is questionable at best. The ceiling had obviously had a previous leak. The bathroom had too many issues to even list. very disappointing
