Sandman Inn Princeton

I was surprised that this hotel has the Sandman name attached to it. There is no elevator so there are stairs going up or down from the lobby. Lots of highway noise as it's on a major BC highway. The restaurant wasn't open at all and the hotel is outside of town so you must drive to find food. Pillows were lumpy and when I got into bed I rolled into the middle because the mattress was old and saggy.

Clean, although being right on the highway, was very quiet.

Front of building is noisey with the highway and truck stop right infront of hotel. Beds were worn out. Hallway lights are super bright, shines into room through abnormal door gaps. Did not have a good sleep at all.

Cheap, clean, nice management. Perfect if you’re heading to Skaha late in the day and want a pit stop.

I would not stay here again. The place is very runned down. Looks to be amateur repairs - e.g., the stairs at the back; the staples used to staple the wall paper; the amatuer wiring setup and the list goes on. The hotel should either be torned down OR requires a major renovation. The furnishings were so old. Did not feel safe - not even a deadbolt lock. I would not want to rest here for a night before heading into Vancouver.

It was very noisy was hard to get to sleep people on the top floor which is probably the owners were up late glad I had my ear plug’s unacceptable and took my Visa card number very fast on paper I still hope nothing will happen to my visa. The lady did it so fast I was shocked.

Bathtub was gross.
