Room was on the ground floor and close to our vehicle in the parking lot.

The employees really question you about everything and watch you like a hawk and then try to charge u again for a dog instead of looking at our stay and seeing we had already been charged for a pet. I stood at the front desk waiting for help when there was a man clearly sitting in the room playing on his phone and another guest had walked outside and raised his voice to the man sitting behind the desk that there was someone at the front needing help. I still stood there and he finally put his phone down and came to help me. I asked for clean towels and wash cloths and he really asked me what room I was in and only gave me one towel and one wash cloth when there is 2 of us in one room. I took the towel and wash cloth to the room and went and had breakfast where the man that was behind the desk kept coming into the breakfast room and kept mixing the eggs and fixing the ketchup packets time and time again. A big issue I had seen was I booked the handicapped accessible room and while it has the roll in shower there was a gap between the roll in shower and the tile of the bathroom so it looked dirty and moldy. One of the bathroom light fixtures more so to the heat lights was loose and not attached to the wall. Had I taken a wheelchair in the room I couldn’t have reached the hair dryer as it was high on the wall and not w in reach. There was NO room in that room for a wheel chair. I don’t know how they can say that is a handicap accessible room because there is NO way a wheelchair can roll in there to either side of the bed. The fridge had no knob to adjust the temperature. So the drinks we put in the fridge froze up fast and then there was water puddled up on the inside on the bottom of the fridge and the shelf on the bottom of the door of the fridge was gone. There was an odd light switch on one side of the bed by a nightstand which we tried it and didn’t even see that it went to anything. The ironing board hanging in the make shift closet didn’t close.

The room was very small, super thin walls so you hear everyone around you and the smell of the room was horrible.

Very nice hotel while being budget friendly. Very clean and friendly hotel. I definitely recommend.
