Sandman Inn McBride

The property is old and aged but the rooms are clean and we’re comfortable to stay in. Obviously dents in the walls and chipped porcelain and paint. Check in was odd, show up and no one is there and no bell to ring, had to go get my phone to call the number and then the manager came from his office. He was very nice but he said he saw me and assumed I was going to the restaurant even though it was closed that day. No elevator so if you have mobility issues or lots of things (a child with lots of items) ask for a first floor room when making reservations. Would stay again if I was passing through

It was great staying option for the night on the way, McBride is a small village and there is hardly anything near around. Property was well managed with almost all amenities.

Is a fairly old hotel but was clean and the price was great.

It was good and easy to get to. Had restaurants in the area.

There were no bath towels in the room. Stairs were steep. Noise level was high. The attached cafe was excellent. We had breakfast and dinner there.

Clean and quiet

The picture and sound quality of the tv is subpar. After a long day on the road it’s a disappointment. The hotel smells and there are rolls of old carpets and other garbage outside the door. I expected more from a Sandman property.

Price was good, not to expensive Room was small with a very small bathroom Carpeted floors seem old and outdated however they appear to be upgrading.

What amazing staff but ac was broken and no solutions. Terrible sleep and no one available in the morning to discuss as the owners overwork staff and underspend on property maintenance. Look at other options

We needed to get back into our room after we used the key drop. Front desk was supposed to open at 7:00 am. At 7:25 am someone finally showed up.
