The property is old and dated. I booked ahead and arrived late to check in. Surprisingly all the rooms were full and likely with truckers passing through. It was good enough for one night.

The room was unclean with bugs present, and the desk was dirty. There was an unpleasant odor both in the room and the lobby. The photos provided online were misleading and did not reflect the actual condition of the Sandman Inn in McBride. The stay was extremely overpriced given the poor state of the hotel. For the rate charged, the experience was unacceptable — the cleanliness, smell, and overall condition made it feel worse than sleeping in a car.

"Reasonable price and clean but needs some improvement."

Restaurant was quite good.

Bed was below average and air conditioning was very noisy. Also I called ahead to mention late arrival and they still called before I arrived and appeared to be ready to shut down when I arrived ?
