Fireside Inn and Suites Bangor

there was not hot water. the beds were not comfortable. very outdated.

Location is great. There us a Casino directly across the street for people who have the interest. The restaurant in the Fireside offers a good menu and good food at reasonable cost.

The staff were great. The room temperature was good, and the pillows and blankets were also good.

The mattress I was on had a severe dent on the right side, luckily it was just me and a queen size so I could move to the other side of the bed and avoid falling in to the dent.

Great location,skipped breakfast sI didn’t know it was available, my fault.

Room was quite warm when we entered it but was quickly adjusted by cracking the window

No breakfast...didn't see anything and no one mentioned. Sure would of been nice

Rooms were very out dated...tub was old and a plastic white mat in tub to hide it. Scratched furniture...needs replacing. Holes in walls that were just puddy. Could go on but you get the jest of it.

The fireplace in the room was nice. The front staff was helpful.

We stayed at another Fireside Inn in West Lebanon, NH that was fantastic!! The atmosphere in NH was very warm and cozy & our room was beautiful. When we stayed in Bangor, I expected the same experience. The Bangor hotel hallways were bear and bland. Our room had one nice wall with the fireplace. The rest of the room was bland, no decor, the bathroom sink was at the doorway! The toilet too close to the wall. Bad design!! There was a hole in the wall near the tissue dispenser & there were small holes like something was removed from the wall. Very disappointing. Parking lot entry weird too.
