Tv not working

It was okay…wouldn’t go back the staff took a long time. It said to ring door bell at the night window to check in and they took a while to come out and also to check out there was no one in the front desk and I kept ringing the bell for them to finally come out. Worst staff and service I have ever experienced I wouldn’t recommend this place or go back.

Calm neighborhood, whole foods is just a min walk.

No complains, with multiple stores/restaurants within walking distance.

The person who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. The Queen room was very large; plenty of room for two people. I think the sofa was a pull out bed, but we didn't need it.

Breakfast was simple: Yoplait yogurt, white bread for toast, jam and butter, Keurig coffee (medium roast or decaf). Location was close to restaurants and markets, but it's a noisy street - right on El Camino Real - so road traffic and train noise.

The guy was trying to do his best, but the hotel itself is not good at all.

The location. It's so expensive for that location, old building, The room smells bad when you go in Not body wash. Hairs on the shower. Not very comfy beds Heather is too loud Not very good neighborhood. Not breakfast, even if they said it is included, but if you go to the ridiculous little office, nobody is over there, and not breakfast
