ibis Zürich City West

The hotel is situated in a quiet area, close to the center of the city. There are many pubs/restaurants in the area. Good conection to the transportation system (trams, sbhans, buses).

The location was great to see the design museums, and the gentleman at the desk was really friendly.

The room was not comfortable at all. We couldn't sleep because the room was so warm, and the front desk staff said they couldn't lower the temperature on the central air conditioner. They ended up giving us a fan, which took up the little space left for walking around the room. There's an odd little closet that is not very useful and takes up a good amount of space in the room. The room (and the hotel in general) smell bad. When we walked into the elevator, my daughter actually said, "I think someone peed in the elevator." We think it's the smell of the cleaner they use. It was quite unpleasant.

To be honest, I liked everything about it

Das Frühstück ist ausreichend und variantenreich. In Rahmen des üblichen Standards. Die Lage des Hotels ist verkehrstechnisch sehr gut zu erreichen.
