A little jaded in areas

Lovely hotel in a fantastic location. Fabulous staff who accommodated our many requests (I was travelling with work colleagues). The reception team went above and beyond. Spacious rooms and the most comfy bed I've stayed in outside of my own! Will be returning with my family very soon.

Only minor downside was no restaurant, but with so many places nearby it wasn't an issue.

Lovely location, nice and quiet but 5 mins walk into the center of Windsor. Bed was very comfortable and room was spotless. The shower was huge but not very powerful. Parking on site was great and reasonably priced. Breakfast was okay. Staff were lovely. Limited choice of continental. Cereal in individual boxes which I haven't seen for years as it's so non environmentally friendly. Maybe if there was somewhere to recycle the boxes but there wasn't. There was fruit like apples etc, but nothing a bit extra like melon maybe, which you might expect at a boutique hotel. I didn't have hot food but it was basically either full English, veggie full English or smoked salmon and scrambled eggs. Nothing like poached eggs for example. It was all fine but was just expecting a bit more. The building was lovely. Some lovely planted pots, a shame about the fake flowers in hanging baskets, they spoilt the look a bit.

The staff were amazing. Everyone was happy, helpful and seemed to enjoy their workload together. We experience staff that went beyond the normal level of service . The rooms were great, we stayed in two different types. The small is quite small but the shower and bathroom weren’t. We moved to the next grade up during our stay, which was a much better in size, with wardrobe, arm chair and a very comfortable king sized bed. The hot breakfast really good, with plenty of choice if you only want cereals etc. The parking is tight, both getting through the archway to the parking and the slots, so I recommend letting them know your car type when you book, they allocate the spaces each day.

Nothing really. There’s the odd item that needs fixing but nothing that would ruin you stay. Please not the safe boxes are no longer used and can’t be opened.
