Great location, easy walk to Windsor over the footbridge. Easy check in, friendly and helpful staff.Rooms small but comfy with high quality condiments. Good breakfast individually prepared. Parking great value for the area.

Nothing really. Very light sleepers might be bothered by aircraft if you leave room windows open.

Comfortable rooms with everything we needed for a 2 night stay. Great location, close to the river and walking distance of Windsor Castle . Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Limited parking spots on the territory of the hotel, but there's paid city parking 2 minutes away.

I'm sorry to have to give a less than positive review, but the room was stuffy. The windows couldn't open, and the fan was inadequate, constantly blowing the same air. I reported this to the front desk. The property: just look at the carpet in the entrance, worn and frayed. Even in the room, many details weren't exactly clean (the shelf in the bathroom, for example). But why? The boutique is very questionable (design? Personalized customer service?).

The room was good and the bed comfortable.
