"Wouldn't recommend!"

The room had a noticeable odor, almost like animals had been in there, and it didn’t feel properly cleaned. On top of that, staff were arguing right outside our door on the first floor around 6:00 AM, which woke everyone up and made for a rough start to the day. We also noticed roaches in the swimming pool area, which was very concerning. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend staying here based on this visit.

The beds were really comfortable.

The tiles on the bathroom floor were cracked and broken. Room had a musty smell when we got there.

"I couldn’t stay in the room I paid for!"

I couldn’t even get into my room. Best Western wouldn’t acknowledge the reservation I prepaid. They also wouldn’t answer Booking.com’s attempts to contact them, and eventually started to ignore my phone calls. Sami, the desk worker, purposely ignored my attempts to rectify the situation even though she was in the wrong. I’ve never experienced something so rude and unaccommodating. I would never book this place again.

There was plenty of food. We got there around 9:30 pm and the lobby was clean and presentable.

When we got there we were given a key to someone else’s room. And there was all over our bedding. And the bed was very uncomfortable, but that’s because I don’t like firm mattresses

Hotel was conveniently located well lit parking lot. Friendly staff clean hotel rooms were very clean.Breakfast was good. Comfortable bed.
