Have a floor just for family with children so that they won't make so much noise at 8pm-11pm through the hallways. Breakfast could be extended extra 10 minutes

We liked the location and the comfortable bed. Breakfast could have been better with more choices but it was still good! We will gladly stay here again!

The pillows. However we usually don't like hotel pillows. We also feel like breakfast could have been better with more choices but again it was still good for the value of the hotel itself.

We decided to spend the Christmas holidays with our sons who live in Kansas. We needed a hotel that was close to them which this hotel was perfect. Check in was smooth. Since we checked in at 2:30 AM-we paid the early check in fee $35. The clerk then upgraded us for free because our room wasn’t ready. The room was comfortable. The bed was extremely comfortable. Water pressure was average. The pillows weren’t the greatest. However we never have any luck with hotel pillows so I’m not holding it against them. There was ONE issue and that was the bathroom sink drain. It wouldn’t open. I reported it to the front desk who said she would have maintenance fix it. They never did. Breakfast-free!- was simple and very good. All in all- we will be back!

From the moment I walked into the hotel it smelled like someone had been constantly cleaning all day. The room was very clean and spacious. Location was perfect and we’ll definitely stay there again .

It was clean and the rooms were nice.

The pool was freezing cold. The bed was hard and not comfortable at all. We were on the second floor and could hear everything outside and in the hallways.

The lights in the room were bright.

The sheets were old, worn, and torn. Pillows were too small. The fridge door and one drawer wouldn't close properly. The bathroom toilet had an odor. The room was very rugged looking.
