Best Western Plus Brunswick Bath

The hotel is in a good location. The overall property is decent but a little dated. We like the breakfast.

The hotel itself is pretty old. We were put in the handicapped room and it was right next to the front desk. The room was sparse and seemed like a hotel in North Korea. The bed was very uncomfortable.

Pool was closed ice machine not working

The location is great. Lots of restaurant choices within 5-10 minute drive. The place smell clean upon entering the building. The linens were crisp and white, with a fresh clean smell. The pillows were very comfortable. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The breakfast had lot of options. I had a waffle topped with butter and syrup, bacon and sausage and a cup of tea. Nothing fancy but adequate for breakfast.

I found the bed too firm for my liking. My husband didn't mind it and slept great. The indoor heated saltwater pool was closed although their websited claims it's open year round.

The pool wasn’t working. The walls are paper thin you can hear everything around you. Our heater didn’t work and there was never staff at the front desk to help with anything. We were cold the whole weekend. Someone staying on the same floor put out a huge smelly bag of trash that stunk up the whole hall way. No one ever came to take care of it. Just trash building up in the halls making it smell the whole 3 days we stayed.

Desk clerks were helpful.

Pool was closed. Breakfast was poorly prepared. Eggs were burned. Bacon not fully cooked.
