We like the location of the hotel, the nice apartments on the side of the main building for small families and a really good breakfast.

The smoking area on the side building is too close to the main entrance, therefore, the smell of cigarettes is a bit strong on the apartments next to the entrance.

Das Schloss ist historisch sehr interessant. Das Hotel dort zu betreiben hat mit dem geschichtlichen Hintergrund viele Möglichkeiten.

Ein Restaurant zu haben und mit Diesem zu werben ist o.k. Es muss nur offen sein. Das Hotel ist ein Beispiel, dass es wohl motivierte Mitarbeiter gibt, aber aus unserer Sicht fehlt es an einer Vision, an sichtbaren Engagement mit diesem wunderschönen Schloss schönes für den Gast zu bieten. Jedenfalls waren viele Gäste vor Ort. Der Fahrstuhl/Aufzug sollte nach einem Jahr Ablauf des TÜVs doch mal überprüft werden.

Die Inneneinrichtung der Zimmer ist sehr durchdacht und sehr gut gelungen...Die super schönen Stuckarbeiten an Decken und Wänden, die Fenstergestaltung, die original Holztüren...viele Details erzeugen das wahre "Wohngefühl im Schloss"... De luxe...

Die aktuelle, leider nicht mehr realistische Internetwerbung. (Das Restaurant mit gehobener Küche ist lediglich nur noch Frühstücksraum... ) Die Farbgestaltung der Fassade ist auch arg "in die Jahre gekommen". Der Fernseher liefert nicht einmal ARD und ZDF... geschweige denn NDR, Arte, 3sat... Lediglich die von Werbung überlasteten privaten Sender... Ergo: "Mehr Schein als Sein". Schade. Wir wünschen dem Mitarbeiterteam einen finanzkräftigen Investor, der das Potenzial dieses Hauses erkennt und es ins 21. Jh. führt.
