"Never again would I stay there’s 2 his got and both like this"

Nothing it be as dirty,staff took hours to answer, rude people there nocking on my door at 2am pissed me and my girlfriend felt uncomfortable we left

It was dirty and messy and smelt horrible of drugs like heroine

Reception area - This area has recently had new carpeting (due to a burst water main causing flood damage 2024). The new carpet has ripples and bumps in it and definitely wasn't fitted by a professional. The whole place needs a good cleaning and redecorating. Bedroom - There was an odd smell in bathroom. The bedding was clean and mattresses looked new, but on the whole the room was a bit grubby. I know the cost per room is cheap but that doesn't mean a place isn't clean. We only stayed one night instead of two.

I don’t really understand the negative reviews. I chose this place because I was on a budget, but it turned out to be a great surprise. The room was very clean, cozy, and comfortable.
