location and free shuttle

The room had no way to control the heating and it was freezing. There was no free power plugs to recharge devices. The wifi was awful.

Hotel phones were not working (not on ring). So no shuttle from the airport while I chose this hotel for the 24/7 shuttle. I ended up paying 25 dollars for an Uber (cabs refused to give me a ride). No compensation, or goodwill gesture was offered for the inconvenience. I have never been contacted by the hotel manager as I was told. Not a great experience

"Good comfortable hotel by the airport"

The room large and comfortable and clean, there was a comfortable desk and chair in the room, TV and microwave, and the shower and bathroom was also large and clean, and the WIFI was good. The hotel has a shuttle service to and from the airport.

No complaints as I have stayed at this hotel before and I had a comfortable stay again.,.
