Needs a lot of updating. Elevator floor is ripping up in places and dirty. Carpet is old and dirty. Beds were comfy. Tried to call down to let them know the toilet wasn’t draining properly but got put on hold twice (he was the only one on duty and was checking in people), so finally went down and was handed a plunger. We fixed it.

Came to town for a business trip, and decided to try a new hotel compared to last year, I won't be back. This is more of a family-based hotel compared to for professionals. Children were running around the hotel screaming at 5 am, bed was uncomfortable. The worst part yet was that I was placed by Laundry and Hospitality and I could hear the screaming pipes from above as well as loud staff and washing machines. Made for an exhausting work trip with restless sleep.

The breakfast was excellent! The gentlemen who staffed it was highly visible and very courteous. Food was delicious and very well maintained.

Location was a bit tricky to find for someone from "up north" in Minnesota. We're just not used to driving in the cities!
