No breakfast, no refrigerator in room, but it was very clean room.

The bathroom lights. Motion with movement and connection with the fan also. Very annoying. Shutting off when in the shower also. Not good.

I hate the kiosk system. So impersonal. Especially as a woman alone at night, there needs to be someone on the premises. There wasn’t a single staff member anywhere. My first room had toenail clippings in the bathtub. Ew. The kiosk lady (who was in another country) assigned me another room. The dirty bedding was left in the room, and the beds were stripped. Had a real person been available, perhaps they could’ve better helped. The third room was fine but how could I trust it was clean? The building was falling apart and in desperate need of repairs. Dirty stained stairs, holes in the drywall, broken lights. I stayed at motel 6’s on my roadtrip, as I always do. Most of the time they are great. The 2 worst experiences happened on this trip, including this one. I’m not picky and I was understanding and didn’t complain. But it’s disappointing. I’ve been a loyal customer for years but if this kiosk thing is going to continue and there’s no official oversight to ensure the indivually owned motel 6’s are up to par, then I’ll have to find another chain to use.
