It was clean office staff very nice

People above us up all night and also outside all night go to sleep freaked

The staff went above and beyond my expectations. Anything we needed they were so accommodating. I would definitely stay here again

The swimming pool was wonderful. Employees are so nice and helpful. They understood everything and weren't unpleasant when we canceled our stay at this hotel.

Many things you don't know until you arrive at the hotel. It's located beside the railway, so when the train passes, the windows loudly tremble. Rooms are outdated, and the whole hotel is more of a road motel in the middle of nowhere, a bit spooky, I would say. The beds are too firm; we couldn't sleep at all (maybe someone likes it that way, but it's still way too unpleasant). Breakfast is not so much a breakfast, but rather a bunch of packed food with minimal choice of freshly made food. The price is definitely too high for what the hotel offers.

Well maintained grounds, lobby, breakfast area, pool and rooms with so much attention to details throughout the property. We have stayed at this pet friendly hotel multiple times and continue to be wowed! It's obvious the entire team has embraced management's vision to provide a superior guest experience — we thank you Aaron, Liz, Joey, Krista, housekeeping and all for another lovely stay.

Christa at the front desk was just the best. The location was good for spending a night while traveling from Tucson to San Francisco. The room was clean and comfortable

My husband and I were on a long tiring drive and decided to get a room for a few hours. We chose Best Western Date Tree Hotel for the reviews on price, location and cleanliness. The hotel was not too close to hear freeway noise but convenient location on and off 10 freeway. The parking was perfect for a truck hauling a large trailer. Your employee, Krystal was at the front desk. She was friendly, helpful and efficient. She even suggested we move our vehicle so she could keep an eye on it throughout the night. Check in was easy, the large room was clean, the bed and pillows were comfy and the room was quiet. Four hours later we grabbed some coffee and breakfast items at 5am. Krystal was there with a smile and wanted to make sure everything was ok. I just had to comment what a great asset she is to the hotel.
