Best Western Plus Village Park Inn

The property is in downtown it is very near to SAIT where i had my graduation it is just 5mins drive. Very near to CF Market mall as well i think just 8mins drive. Staff are so friendly and accomodating. Breakfast is very good! All fresh and delicous. They serve at 6:30am so it is very good if you have an early appointment.

Our flights arrived early and there is no available room to early check in. Front desk said they dont have housekeeping available until 9:30am. We arrived at 7am.. our 5 year old boy is so tired from the flight because of waking up too early. Other than that, they tried to give us a room by 1pm. Thanks for their effort.

The stafft were very cheerful, welcoming and helpful. They were able to meet my specific needs. The room was very clean, well maintained and quiet. The complimentary breakfast offers a wide variety of breakfast foods to choose from, all of them very tasty.

My only complaint is that the chairs were were very uncomfortable to try to relax in. A minor issue but for someone with a disability, as I do, it made relaxing in the room difficult.

Very noisy in the evenings, items from room service left in room ,balcony but no chairs or table, no shelter for smoking and when we booked out no Thank you for your stay instead i got you can go now
