We stayed here for five nights around a visit to have a surgery at the nearby hospital. The hotel is very well set up for accessibility needs, is clean and has good food, all pluses, but mostly it is the staff who made it an excellent experience. Responsive, kind and yet non-intrusive, in every interaction.

Love a lot of small things, water bottles for the coffee machine instead of tap water, bottle filling station near lobby, magnetic doors on rooms. Underground parking.

Hard to use the bathrooms, you have to get in and close the door to use it.

Pool, restaurant, breakfast, room, bed, free coffee and tea, clean, friendly. Secure underground parking. Open building design with central core open to top story. Nice towels. Citrus bath products smelled divine.

There was nothing we did not like.

I loved the closeness to the hospital which was the reason for my stay. Breakfast was delish. Staff were excellent. My room was comfortable plus the beds made our nights stay perfect.

Location, clean room

My room was on the top floor, as requested! EXCEPT THAT THE HVAC UNIT MUST HAVE BEEN RIGHT ABOVE ME!!! The whining and droning ALL NIGHT LONG!!! No sleep 🤯. I talked to staff, and they gave me a $50 credit. The complementary breakfast was a 2/5. I will not return.
